We picked up our baby yesterday from the airport and were not expecting him to be as friendly and as easy to handle as he was! I recently just purchased a baby marmoset from out of state and was nervous about the transportation safety of the baby, but we picked up the healthy guy at the airport near us within just a few days. He wasn’t very happy the first few hours from the transport, but you can tell just how well they are handled as babies because of how quickly he was able to open up and has been one of the friendlier monkeys I’ve seen. If I get another one I would purchase it through Jada!

I first found My Monkey Pet Home about a year ago when (after much research) I purchased my 3 finger monkeys from them. I fell in love with my babies immediately. They were hand raised and very loved. I then followed Universal on Facebook and most recently even applied for a job. I have been a zoo aide for a couple of weeks now and can say with full certainty that I picked the best place to purchase my babies from. Everything done at Universal is done with knowledge, love, and a ton of hard work.

Just got a pair of Marmosets in at the airport today. Ashley answered all of my questions and sent me various pairs to choose from because I never wanted to get one that would be lonely so I decided to go for a pair. She communicated very well and was good to deal with. So far I am very pleased

The experience from the time I paid my deposit and picked up my baby flying tamarins was awesome. Ashley was easy to communicate with and was very flexible on the day and time I could pick up the babies. I did purchase some accessories for the baby Tamarins to travel with as well not knowing they had a complete package set up already. The monkeys were priced quite high and they are worth the money. I recently bought a Macaque from their website and I love him to death. He did appear to be scared and defensive at the airport but once I created a bond with him, he became a more loving animal. Thank you, guys, so much for my baby after such a long search!

Just got 2 more capuchins, this is the best place to buy a pet monkey. They know a lot about exotic animals and their monkeys are very healthy, with plenty of species to choose from. Very friendly owner and the blond lady (sorry didn’t get her name is amazing) 4/25/22 getting another species in the nearest future. I can’t wait. u can always count on them knowing boy or girl is healthy

We took a private tour for my daughter’s 10th birthday as a surprise for her! She loves monkeys and loved every minute of it! My son who is a little more timid also had a great time because the animals are so friendly and sweet! It’s obvious the Janda Team really loves all of their animals and they know each fur baby very well! Our tour took about 2 hours with the last part being in the cabin with several baby animals that we got to hold and play with! Great activity for a wide range of ages!!!!

I had a wonderful experience buying my De Brazza from Jada after a rigorous search!! Everything from start to finish was extremely thorough, well-communicated, and professional. The staff knows their stuff and answered all of my questions with lots of details. My Brazza monkey arrived at the airport (NYC airport pickup, then brought home to CT) extremely well-contained; you can tell he was lovingly created. 🙂 My baby is healthy, clean, and happy, and I’d buy from Jada again. Just remember that this is a big place with a lot going on: many animals to care for and many customers to communicate with. You’ll always get a response, but be patient, especially when purchasing animals that are hard to find and extremely expensive. I’m in love with my baby! Thanks, Janda & staff!

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our Baby Marmoset and our experience with Universal Monkeys Animal Ranch!! This is our first monkey but we were given great tips on bonding with and handling her and I feel confident in knowing we can always reach out if we need any advice. I love that we were able to purchase supplies for our Baby from Universal Monkeys when we picked her up. It can be overwhelming, but they have everything your Baby needs, and who better to get it from than the people who know exactly what our finger monkey is comfortable with not to mention the price is reasonable! It’s a kit for first-timers. If I’d purchased everything separately at pet stores or elsewhere I’d surely have paid an arm & a leg. The employees are amazing, so patient & helpful and the Ranch is beautiful! We can’t wait to take a tour to see all they have to offer and my daughter is hoping to have her birthday party here! I wish they had a B&B on the Ranch but then they’d probably never get rid of me!! I highly recommend My Monkey Pet Home to anyone looking for their first or next Universal animal.

I recently had to surrender my pair of Capuchins as they got quite old and, having done business with My Monkey Prt Home previously to get my capuchins, I knew they were the only people I would even THINK about trusting with them. I was so beyond thrilled to see that they take surrender. We scheduled the appointment painlessly and there was always an employee to respond to any questions I had regarding the process. We had a wonderful experience dropping them off! The woman we worked with waited until they were comfortable and calm before moving them out of the carrier and into the cage they had, and she was very kind and careful when handling them! Would recommend My Monkey Pet Home for any Universal animal needs (adoption, surrendering, etc.) They truly care so well for their animals and I was 100% confident they were the perfect people to take my babies for me.
